You’re not alone. Many of us reach a point where we start questioning everything—our jobs, our relationships, even our purpose. And ironically, it’s often when frustration and dissatisfaction reach a breaking point that the magic begins. This is where the spiritual awakening journey starts.
What Is a Spiritual Awakening?
A spiritual awakening is the moment you begin to see the world clearly. You people as they truly are, The world for what it is and yourself without harsh judgement or self-condemnation.
This process is essential because life is built on the decisions we make. When those decisions are rooted in false beliefs—handed to us by schools, religion, media, or social conditioning; true conscious decision-making isn’t possible. Awakening begins when those belief systems and the institutions that keep them alive, begin to dissolve and fall away.
Conscious vs. Unconscious Decisions
Conscious decisions are made with clarity, awareness, and alignment with truth. They move you toward growth, freedom, and success.
Unconscious decisions, on the other hand, lead to poor choices and cycles of sabotage. Many people remain trapped here, unaware of the repeating patterns that keep pulling them down.
Spiritual awakening is about breaking those patterns and creating new ones that support the core of your existence.
The Questions Everyone Asks
“What’s next? What do I do now? What’s my purpose?”
These are the questions that surface at the start of awakening, and sometimes years later. The simple answer: begin building a relationship with your spiritual team.
No one is born alone. Your spiritual team arrives with you. They represent you on the spiritual plane, while you represent them on the physical. Building this relationship is your first and most important purpose. without this purpose, nothing else matters because nothing will last or work properly without it.
Beware the Tricksters
Here’s where conscious decision-making matters most. Because of free will, you must choose your true team.
Many don’t, often out of ignorance, and end up aligning with spiritual beings who are not aspects of themselves. These entities operate only for their own agendas, pulling many off of true spiritual path. I call them the tricksters and con-artists of the spiritual plane and are often referred to as “spirit guides”. The term spirit guide is very general and does not mean that you are working with the spirit team you arrived with.
The good news? With awareness, you can avoid them and stay aligned with your true team.
Your True Spirit Team
Your real team is unmistakable once you take the time and effort to know them. They are your ancestors. They are those who walked before you, paving the path to where you are now and will be in the future.
“You are, because they are.” This truth captures the bond perfectly. They hold the mysteries of who you are and safeguard your wisdom and abilities until you’re ready to grow into them. Your ancestors know the way to your best self and your best future.
Building Chemistry with Your Ancestors
Building this relationship isn’t complicated. Think of how you became close to a friend.
· You spent time together.
· You shared fun experiences.
· You supported each other in hard times.
· You remembered important moments.
· You shared secrets no one else knew.
This same energy; trust, consistency, and connection is how you deepen your relationship with your ancestors.
And remember: Your ancestors do not require you to worship them or for you to be in servitude to them. That’s outdated thinking and it no longer works. Your ancestors want a friendship and partnership rooted in joy, wisdom creativity, flow, and expression. Expression through words, art, song, writing, speaking and all the other forms. Express the beauty and creativity of your i-magi-nation. Thats where the magic lives in you!

Your Spiritual awakening is not an unplanned event. It has been in the works from the very beginning. To arrive at such a state is nothing short of a miracle when considering all of the barriers to it.
Imagine one day bumping your head against a wall, then suddenly forgetting where you are. You’re not quite sure what you are supposed to do that day, and you are also not sure of who you are. From that state of deep amnesia, you somehow miraculously work your way into a circumstance where you can remember and recover.
This example is a depiction of your spiritual awakening and it is wonderful to behold! For you to arrive to this awareness is an achievement that took life times.
The first purpose of spiritual awakening is to reconnect with your true spirit team, to be clear, they are your ancestors. From this one purpose, all others unfold. Your blossoming begins with them.
